It's the start of something new: Gluta white review

Please ignore my choice of title. High school musical was on TV and that song was playing.

Anyways, a few days ago I decided to head down to Generics Pharmacy and purchase some gluta white tabs for myself. You can buy these there or at Mercury Drugstore and you can also choose how many pills you'd like to buy.

I bought 14 capsules to last me a week since I just wanted to test run it. I've heard about the ph388 and the KB ones but have you guys read the article about them? Apparently all gluathione that is being sold contain less than what they claim. If i recall correctly, KB only had 5 grams of gluathione. (Don't quote me on this)

The only two brands that passed was Met-tathione and Gluta-White.


Anyways, I've been taking it since Monday and I do see a glowing effect on my skin which I am pleased. However I must warn you not to take it on an empty stomach. I took it before I went to school and man oh man. I felt like I drank 8 liters of coke. Eventually I burped and the feeling subsided but ALWAYS EAT before you take them.

I think I'll be buying more to last me a month this time. As of right now, I give it:

Effectiveness: 4/5
Side effects: Taking it on an empty stomach increases acidity level in stomach
Price: 15 pesos for 1 capsule (100mg)
Where I bought it: Generics Pharmacy

If you decide to buy it somewhere else other than legal drugstores. Here's a pic on what they SHOULD look like at the back.

    This is my fifth day of taking gluta white. Napansin agad ng mga kaibigan ko 'yong pagbabago. Medyo maputi na naman ako dati pa pero mas napansin ngayon. Umaasa kasi akong mababawasan ang acne pigmentation ko kaya sinusubukan ko ito.

      Kuya ?? Ngaun lng pu aq nagumpixa magtake ng 100mg .. 2capsul and 2capsul ng vit.c .. sabay q ininum lahat yan . After dinner . Mali b pag inum ko ? Anu b tamang procedure ?

    If you're pregnant be extra cautious in taking any kinds of medicine. Kahit pwede or hindi pwede wag nalang din siguro mag take para sureyung safety ng baby. Pag nanganak ka na, dun ka nalang mag take po. I'm a registered pharmacist.

    Hi. I would like to recommend yung snow caps :) Very effective pero pricey but cheaper compared to met. :)

      Effective toh kaso bawal sa bakla! Hahalo kasi yung gluta sa tamod ng mga nachupa mong titehhh!!! Mawawalan ng bisa kaya wag mo na itry!

    I'm on my 10th day na using gw. Pero nakikita ko na effect nya pero gradual nga lang. Pale white effect nya. Creamy white. Eto na talasa ang gusto ko! Ayaw ko ishigaki yellowish parang may hepa e.

    Nakakabaliw ang effect ng GW noticeable sya. Lalo na pagpinapawisan ako parang kutis ni kris aquino. Maputlang parang gatas kahit tuhod & pits ko naglighten! Even singit. Lalo tuloy nang gigigil si baby. Ehehe ;)

    Ph3338 is effective too. Kaso parang sa mda mapuputi na talaga to. Kasi pinkish effect nya. Kaya pag morena/moreno ka parang ang itim tuloy. Natry ko sya for 3weeks. Di nako nag ulit. Yung tathion 307 effective din in 2weeks luminous yellowish ang effect. Asian na asian parin ang dating..

    GW talaga ang fav ko now! & hoping na sana tiloy tuloy ang pagputi ko dito. Mala irish white ang dating. Puting papel. Kaya gusto ko tong GW hindi fake na puti na yellowish na unattractive white.. although gradual ang effect, tyaga lang talaga..kaso madalas nmn nagkakaubusan ng lintik na GW nato sa mercury & sa generics pharmacy.. kaya nakakabadtrip. Minsan tuloy umiinit ang ulo ko naha highblood talaga ko! Grrrrrr! :@

    Sana nmn damihan nyo production nyo nito! Psra iwas hussle narin! Kase excited ako pupunta ng pharmacy para bumili nito tapos sasabihin ubos na po! Bwisit lang talaga. Nakaka kulo talaga ng dugo! Obsessed nako dito sa GW nato kaya kung puede lang sana damihan nyo production nyo nito! O yung deliver nyo dito sa bataan! :@ kase ito ang nag iisang pinagkakatiwalaan ko in terms of whitening!! Dito ko nag go hlow kaya pag wala to ng 3days nawawala aana ko pumasok sa school kase wala kong glow. Pero still pale white parin. Milky white baga. Mala casper effect. Love it. Pero peste!     Agree ako! gluta white napaka effective. I try for 1 week . Nakita agad ng bf ko ung pgka puti ko. Maputi ako dati dahil nag lalagay ako nglotion ung parang foundation sa body kaya maputi ako tignan pero pg nababasa ako ng water iitim ako ulit. Thats why i decided to take gluta. 2X a day 100 mg plus fern c 2x a day rin. Siguro mas mabilis side effect nya sa akin kasi hindi ako umiinom ng alak and hindi ako naninigarilyo. Pinaka best sa GW naging normal ung paglabas ng mga waste ko. Ang gaan sa tiyan. mag 2 weeks pa ako nag take pero ganda na ng result for me.!

      Wow parang gusto ko na din i try .. I tried mosbeu nakaka blooming pero nakakapimples siya .. Gusto ko na tuloy bumili niyan sana wag ako tubuan ng pimples 😃

    Met user ako for almost two months.no effects as in disappointed ako dhil sang mhal 90 per day with vit c ..plan ko e try ang gluta white. SNA matablan n ako into

    Makikita ba talaga ang results kahit moreno? Ilang buwan pa kaya bago makita ang visible effects? I tried Belo with collagen, pero hindi naman siya ganun ka effective in terms of whitening pero ang napansin ko ay nag weight loss ako kasi parang nawawalan ako ng ganang kumain while taking it. I wanna give it a try to Gluta white :)

      Alam ko kapag mas mabigat ang timbang mo baka kailangan mo twice a day ng gluta-white 500mg and dapat ang vitamin c 2x greater than ur gluta 1000mg na non acidic vitaminC gamitin mo like what i use.. Aq once a day lang gamit ko kase ndi nman ako mabigat.. Slim kase aq.. I also use Belo Kojic Acid intensive bar soap nakakakinis sya.. I swear.. Tyagaan mo at makikita mo ang pagbabago sa skin mo :)

      Hi Metathione with algatrium yung tinake ko mga 1 month pero breakouts agad. Pero talagang pumuti ako sa meta. Na shock nga ang friends ko pagkakita nila sakin kasi antagal na namin di nagkita. Pumuti ako sa meta pero pimples ang dami!! :(( kaya nag try ako ng glutawhite at ang ganda! moreno ako pero talagang pumuputi ako. Super!! ang ganda ng results kaso I'm taking 3x a day ng 100mg. I dont take vit.c. Kumakain lang ako ng papaya at lemon jucie lang. Ayos na. Ngayon pumuti na talaga ako

      I tried Metathione pero dumami pimples ko at dumudugo pa :( I need to stop so nag stop ako sa met. Ngayong glutawhite gamit ko at ang galing! nawala ang pimples ko at pumuti talaga ako kahit hindi pa masyado noticeable. pero iba talaga eh! yung puting papel

      I used Metathione before and it was very effective on me. Pero sa first month ng paggamit ko, grabe din acne ko. i felt like giving up pero i read somewhere that glutathione works by expelling oxidants sa body, eh how else will they be excreted kundi urine, sweat, pimples, etc. So push ko lang sya. And it paid off! After the 1st month, my skin started glowing and the pimples stopped popping. Pati yung scars ng pimple naglighten until eventually di na sya noticeable.

      My only problem with Met is masyado syang pricey and it takes a long time than i wish. So imma try this glutawhite. Hope to get my desired results in two weeks. :D

    Anu kaya mas ok mga sis? Itong 3x a day na GW o ung once a day lang na 500mg naman.. Un kase ang tini take ko e more than a month na.. Parang ok nman sya nagmuka aq parang makinis aq.. Plan ko itry tong 3x a day nman baka mas ma absorb ng body ung divided dosage ng gluta.. Or anu kaya mas ok n brand napapaisip aq sa snow caps baka mas ok or tathion 307 sabe sa ibang mga blogs,, haha! Grabe andami kaseng brands na masyadong promising ��

      Its better to spread out your intake, mas mganda ung 3x a day. Then 500mg of vit C twice naman.

    i take GW 100mg for almost 3mos n ata sobrang ganda ng efect sakin ng ligthen tlga skin ko everyone can notice n my nagbago daw tlaga skin ky i know its 100%efective,then now i planned to take 500mg n then once a day nalang..

    Gumagamit ako ng glutawhite 100mg 2x a day umaga at gabi mag 2weeks na pero bakit pinipimples mukha ko wala naman ako pimples dati pero ngayon pinipimples na ako, ang iniinom kong vitamins at poten cee,. Ano ba dapat kong gawin?
